Operator and Notices
Formal legal, billing, privacy, or account notices can be sent to the support email listed below with a clear subject line. Business name, mailing address, governing law, tax, and order-form details may also appear in checkout, invoices, team agreements, or written account communications.
Eligibility
The service is intended for adult learners, workers, students with supervision where required, creators, and small businesses. You are responsible for your account activity.
User Content
You keep ownership of prompts, notes, and artifacts you submit. You give us permission to process them only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
AI Limitations
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or unsuitable. Always review and edit before using output in real work.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee jobs, income, business results, school admission, promotions, immigration outcomes, official certifications, or perfect AI output.
Not Professional Advice
AI For Work Lab is training and workflow support. It is not legal, immigration, financial, medical, security, tax, or professional advice.
Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans renew until cancelled. Taxes, local currency display, payment processing, and merchant-of-record services are handled by Lemon Squeezy where applicable. Paid access is subject to fair-use limits and account rules. If direct checkout or a billing portal is unavailable, billing support can help with account access or cancellation requests.
Refunds and Cancellation
Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy. Cancellation stops future renewals and access usually continues through the paid period unless abuse, fraud, chargeback, or account-sharing rules apply. Cancellation does not automatically refund past charges.
Prohibited Use
Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malware, credential theft, weapons instructions, harmful threats, harassment, extremist support, sensitive-data abuse, or evading safety systems.
Fair Use
Individual paid access is for one person. Team Starter includes up to 10 individual learner seats and does not allow one shared company login. Account sharing, automated scraping, resale, excessive automated usage, or attempts to bypass limits may be restricted or terminated.
Availability
We may change, suspend, improve, limit, or discontinue features. We try to keep the service useful, but uptime is not guaranteed.
Third-Party Services
The service uses providers for authentication, hosting, payment processing, analytics after consent, databases/storage, support, and AI processing when a feature requires it. Their services, terms, privacy policies, locations, availability, and feature limits may change or apply separately.
Intellectual Property
AI For Work Lab content, branding, course structure, templates, and site design are protected. You may use your own completed artifacts for your own work, but you may not resell or copy the course library.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, non-payment, security risk, or Terms violations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AI For Work Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, lost profit, lost opportunity, or business interruption damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
