How We Use Information
We use information to provide training, save progress, process support requests, improve course quality, prevent abuse, manage subscriptions, and understand which pages and features are useful.
AI Processing
The live Prompt Coach currently uses rule-based checks for goal, context, format, constraints, and safety. If future AI-generated reports or builders send prompts, course answers, or workflow text to AI service providers, the app will use quotas, logging, and cost controls. Third-party AI provider terms, policies, and processing rules may also apply. Do not submit passwords, payment data, private keys, government IDs, medical records, legal files, or other sensitive documents.
Payment Data
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. We do not store full payment card numbers. We may store order IDs, subscription IDs, plan status, and refund status.
Third-Party Processors
We use service providers for authentication, hosting, app data storage, payments, analytics after consent, support, and AI processing when a feature needs it. Current provider categories referenced by the site include Clerk, Vercel, Lemon Squeezy, Google Analytics, database/storage providers such as Supabase, and AI providers. Their terms, privacy notices, availability, data locations, retention rules, and feature limits may apply separately.
Cookies and Analytics
Essential cookies may be used for authentication, security, and account state. Optional Google Analytics only loads after a visitor allows analytics in the on-site preference banner. You can decline analytics and still use the core site.
Privacy Choices
You can decline optional analytics in the banner, clear browser storage to reset the choice, or email support to request access, correction, deletion, or help with account data. Some records may need to be kept for billing, fraud prevention, security, legal, or dispute reasons.
Retention and Deletion
We keep account, billing, support, and learning records only as long as needed to provide the service, meet business/legal needs, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, maintain required records, or document consent and account status. Deletion requests can be sent to support, but some records may need to be retained where required for security, billing, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
Security and International Processing
We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service is 100% secure. Data may be processed in countries where our providers operate.
Children
AI For Work Lab is intended for adult learners and workers. Minors should use it only with permission from a parent, guardian, school, or responsible adult.
